Terms & Conditions

1.0 General provisions

1.1 We deliver and perform exclusively on our terms and conditions which are also valid for future business transactions, even if in the particular case a special reference to our conditions is lacking.

1.2 Our conditions take precedence over any deviating conditions of the buyer.

1.3 Verbal agreements require written confirmation by us to be effective.

 

2.0 Offer and order acceptance

2.1 Illustrations of articles are only to be regarded as an indication. We reserve the right to make changes in packaging, design or in the technical area, which improve the quality of an article, even without prior notice.

2.2 Our offers are subject to approval until acceptance of an order.

2.3 Information on dimensions, materials, colors, construction and other features are approximate.

2.4 Accepting an order will be sent by email or fax

2.5 There is no minimum order value.

 

3.0 Prices and payments

3.1 The following payment terms shall be deemed agreed: Onlineshop prices are inclusive 19% sat. VAT ex works D-14197 Berlin. The prices valid on the day of the order apply. – Prepayment abroad: transfer before shipment – the bank charges incurred are at your expense Payment : Paypal payment via our shopping cart system of website, paypal@aprilaromatics.com Advance payment: The delivery takes place after receipt of payment in our account Bank account: Commerbank, Bank code 100 800 90 Account 501101201 IBAN: DE 17 1008 0000 0501 101 201, BIC: DRES DE FF 100 The delivered goods remain the property of April Aromatics until complete payment.

3.2 The prices mentioned on our pages include VAT.

 

4.0 Shipping

4.1 The delivery takes place by DHL. In Germany, we charge an uninsured freight package of € 2.04 for large letters (up to 0.5kg), or € 4.69 as parcels (up to 2kg) or € 7.49 for insured parcel transport (up to 10kg). All other shipping options can be found in the information under shipping costs or you can find the prices for your order and the order destination during the order process under “shipping method” (step No. 3).

 

5.0 Delivery times

5.1 Delivery data are approximate. Delivery delay requires written reminder of the buyer. Other rights of the buyer as a rescission after a reasonable deadline, in particular, therefore, claims for compensation for a delay of delay are excluded.

 

6.0 Warranty Product liabilit

6.1 The goods shall be inspected immediately upon receipt for completeness, defects in the quality or condition shall be notified in writing within 14 days.

6.2 Our product packaging is a transport packaging, its damage or its absence, is not considered a defect

6.3 Articles which are sold as second choice, special products, reduced goods or remaining items are excluded from exchange for non-payment and are not accepted.

6.4 If the complaint is acknowledged by us, we shall have to make a choice or to supply a replacement. The customer can only demand a change or reduction if a replacement delivery is not possible. Claims for damages due to direct damage can not be claimed.

 

7.0 Damage compensation

7.1 Our liability for the breach of contractual obligations is excluded in case of slight negligence and otherwise in any case limited to what our liability insurer has to afford. These claims become statute barred six months after receipt of the goods. Claims arising from the product are not affected by the above regulations. Transport damage: The consignment has to be checked for damage on receipt. The freight forwarder is responsible for any damage or damage claims. The damage must be reported to the transporter immediately and also reported to us. The damaged goods and their packaging must be stored for possible inspection up to the damage regulation.

 

8.0 Retention of ownership

8.1 We retain ownership of the delivered articles until receipt of all payments from the business relationship. In the case of a breach of contract by the customer, in particular in the event of a delay in payment, we are entitled to take back the purchased item (s). In the withdrawal by us is no withdrawal from the contract. A possible realization proceeds are charged to the liabilities of the customer.

 

9.0 Returns

9.1 If you do not like an article, you can send it back to us within 14 days – of course only unused and in the original packaging. Your return is free, that is, the costs will be borne by the customer. We ask for a brief written notification stating the reason for the return. We do not accept any packets that are sent free of charge. If you do not wish to exchange the item in another product of our offer, you will receive a credit note or your money within 30 days from receipt of the return. As a private end user, we grant you a right of revocation when purchasing the goods via the dispatch route. You are no longer bound to your order if you revoke it in writing or by e-mail within two weeks after receipt of the first delivery. In order to meet the deadline, the timely sending of the revocation is sufficient to:

Upon receipt of your revocation we are obliged to refund any payments in the form of a voucher or in cash and you are obliged to return our delivery at our risk. In order to be able to carry out the repackaging of the delivery as quickly as possible, we ask you to inform us also in the case of a return due to the use of your right of revocation and to have a return number given.
