The difference to the chakra oils is that the Chakra Mists work on your energy field, directly into your “Aura”, verses the oils work more on a physical level. Both are very powerful on our physical, spiritual and emotional bodies. Use the Mists in the morning after your shower to strengthen your energy field, before you leave the house. They can be used before meditation and resting, in your yoga class, as a practitioner to clear the clients energy field or whenever desired. You can use one mist a day or all of them at once. Use intuitively. Shake well before use and mist around your body.
